graphic/web designer
Job Description
We’re looking for a graphic designer that can take the ramblings of our non-designer teammates and clients and transform them into creative designs that compel people to take their wallets out and throw money at a given product or service.
This position will primarily include creating ads, landing pages, and other digital assets for Till Agency clients; however, Designer will also work with Till’s marketing team to create internal marketing campaigns.
The perfect candidate has experience designing for clients or various brands, has experience creating digital assets such as ads, has some web design background, and has worked in an environment where he/she had to respond to feedback. Some web experience is necessary.
While the hours are flexible, this is not the job for you if you’re the kind of person that likes to “get to things when you’ll get to them” or you’re *just* looking for a side hustle. We’re looking for someone who crushes some Wheaties in the morning and then wants to kick down some doors. Alright, not really—we just get carried away sometimes. But the perfect candidate is proactive, takes responsibility, and his/her first response when encountering a problem is to troubleshoot it.
Sound like you?
Responsibilities:
- Designer will collaborate with client and team to develop creative concepts for new campaign requests. Designer will be responsible for developing creative that captures the “angle” developed for each campaign while implementing ad creative best practices.
- Designer will work with the marketing team to create and implement creative campaigns for Till Agency. This includes, but is not limited to, ad, email, and social campaigns.
- Designer is responsible for all client communication regarding creative or creative-direction/revisions directly with client. All emails must be responded to within 24 business hours. Acknowledging receipt of an email is acceptable, but is not a replacement for rapidly providing a complete response.
- Designer will collaborate with team and client on timelines, and then strictly adhere to set timelines.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Sketch and/or the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in web design (ideally WordPress and/or Showit, but it’s not necessary).
- Willingness to learn.
- Able to accept and implement feedback.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative worker.

Copywriter
Job Description
We’re looking for a conversion-focused copywriter who’s interested in working in a fast paced environment on multiple client projects at any given time. If you’ve ever seen the movie The Wolf of Wall Street, it’s kind of like that, but without the cursing, drugs, and general debauchery… okay, so it’s not The Wolf of Wall Street at all.
But a sense of humor is appreciated and valued.
This person will work on both client accounts and in-house Till projects. The work will vary day-to-day, and include everything from copywriting original pieces to copyediting to making sure the Till team’s voice stays ‘on-brand.’ Basically you’ll be responsible for using the written word to get people to take action, while at the same time making sure we don’t look like idiots because we can’t figure out the difference between ‘there’ and ‘their’ or ‘your’ and ‘you’re’ or… well, you get the point.
While the hours are flexible, this is not the job for you if you’re the kind of person that likes to “get to things when you’ll get to them” or you’re just looking for a side hustle.
- Writing and editing… lots and lots of writing and editing: ad campaigns and content pieces
- landing and sales pages
- Overseeing Till’s brand voice and development
Qualifications:
- Loves, not likes, writing copy
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative worker
- Basic understanding of internet marketing and writing for SEO is preferred
- Should have some experience writing copy for other brands (ideal, but not necessary)
ads manager
Job Description
IMPORTANT NOTE: We have since combined the “Account Manager” and “Ads Manager” roles into a single role: Account Manager. If you’re interested in becoming an Account Manager, please review both this job description and the ‘Account Manager’ below.
We’re looking for someone to manage paid search campaigns for client accounts who has experience in optimizing and scaling paid campaigns. Basically, we’re looking for someone who watches this GIF and feels like it resonates deep within their soul…
Minus the whole ‘Scrooge’ aspect of it, of course—we’re about serving others over here at Till. But if you’re the kind of person that likes tinkering with different levers to figure out how to squeeze every last ounce ROI of a campaign, this might be the job for you.
The perfect candidate is data-driven, loves a good spreadsheet or dashboard, and doesn’t mind spending time parsing out necessary data. This is not a Media Buyer position; it’s an Ads Manager Role. We feel the primary distinguisher is that the latter relies heavily on expertise and experience that is not as easily taught.
While the hours are flexible, this is not the job for you if you’re the kind of person that likes to “get to things when you’ll get to them” or you’re just looking for a side hustle.

- Daily Monitoring and Reporting: Daily monitoring and reporting on all active campaigns results compared to their goals.
- Dashboard Setup and Maintenance: Setup and maintain client dashboards.
- Account Optimization Strategies: Develop strategies to improve results on all client accounts. This will include using detailed metric analysis of what is working and not working well for a given account, best practices learned from other accounts, past experience, ideas from other team members, and market research to generate an actionable plan for the entire team. Team member will be responsible for seeing each plan of action through to completion, which will require communication with design and copy teams, as well as input from the leadership team.
- Client Communication: Ads Manager will prepare a short summary of each account each week for the Account Manager’s weekly report to the client.
Qualifications:
- Hands on experience planning, creating, analyzing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns
- Intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative worker
Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager whose primary role will be communicating with clients, collaborating on ways Till can improve client results, and ensuring each client has the ol’ Till A+ experience.
The perfect candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, is Type A, strives for inbox 0, and is relationship oriented. If we had to describe this person in GIFs of television personalities, he/she would be one part Jerry Maguire, one part Donna from Suits, and one part Bill Belichick…
